Now We Are 21!
Having succesfully celebrated our 20th anniversary throughout 2023, Tarantara now turns 21 in 2024! Formed in 2003, Tarantara has raised tens of thousands of pounds for various charities and local good causes and will continue to raise more money at a range of concerts throughout 2024.
Details of all our events for 2024 are on our website. In particular, this year we will be raising money for Warwickshire Vision Support and Guide Dogs for the Blind as well as several concerts helping to raise funds in support of local churches and village halls. We are delighted to be returning to South Wales for our summer 'away weekend' but before that we are holding a very special concert in Alcester. Entitled 'A Right Royal Prom' (in celebration of King Charles's Official Birthday in June) we are joining up with the Alcester Victoria Silver Band to raise funds for the Alcester Dementia Cafe - this special concert will be held in the newly refurbished Greig Hall in Alcester on Saturday the 15th of June. To finish off the year, and to get you into the Christmas spirit, don't miss our special Christmas concerts at St Peter's Church in Inkberrow on Saturday 7th December and at St Andrew's Church in Shottery on Saturday 14th December!
